PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING DISCLOSURE TEXT

 

This Disclosure Text has been prepared by BizFinans Danışmanlık Tic. A.Ş. ("Company") to inform the Company's customers about the processing of their personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").

1. a) Methods and Legal Reasons for Obtaining Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically or physically. Your personal data collected for the legal reasons stated in this Disclosure Text can be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

1. b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of planning and executing activities necessary for recommending and promoting products and services offered by the Company, customized according to the preferences, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the Company and the relevant persons in business relationship with the Company.

1. c) Parties with Whom Personal Data May Be Shared and Purposes of Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with the Company's business partners and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private law legal entities.

1. d) Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of These Rights

If you submit your requests regarding the rights specified below as personal data subjects to the Company through the methods specified under the heading Exercise of Rights by Data Subjects, your requests will be evaluated and concluded by our Company as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights as a personal data subject:

1. Learning whether your personal data is processed,
2. Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
3. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Requesting correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons requiring processing cease to exist,
7. Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. Requesting compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Exercise of Rights by Data Subjects

1. Applications shall be made together with documents that will identify the relevant data subject.
2. Submission of the wet-signed copy of the form by hand, through a notary public, or by registered mail,
3. Following a method prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board.
4. The Company responds to data subjects who wish to exercise these rights within the limits prescribed by the Law, within a maximum of thirty (30) days as prescribed by the Law.
