Born in 1975, Murat Özsoy graduated from İSTEK Foundation Semiha Şakir High School and then completed the Economics Department of the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University. After completing his master's degree in Business Administration in Department of Istanbul Bilgi University, Murat Özsoy received education for 4 years at Sabancı University Executive Development Department Leadership Faculty.

Throughout his 12 year Banking career which started in 1997 and continued until 2009 He has managed relations with automobile distributor companies, real estate offices and durable consumer goods in Türkiye İş Bankası and Finansbank. He was also in charge of running projects about loan marketing & sales via alternative channels such as internet, mobile phones, point of sales.

Having decided to continue his career in the field of financial services in the automotive sector since 2009, Özsoy undertook the founder of Premium Finance brand in Borusan Otomotiv. Özsoy contributed to the increase of loan sales by establishing long-term strategic business partnerships with banks, helping the company to sell more cars. Özsoy, who manages all of the showrooms in Turkey about financial services and insurance activities from scratch, actively worked on both sides of the table with his 7 years of experience in the automotive sector after 12 years of banking history. In addition, Murat Özsoy, who has been in various managerial positions in the car rental sector for 2 years, has worked in Financial Consultancy and Trade. He is founding partner of Bizfinans and also Chairman of the Board of Directors.
